As a military spouse for 28 years, Katie Payne understands the importance of finding home. She also understands how complicated the process can be and seeks to help her clients navigate the challenges with knowledge, confidence and peace of mind. She will put her dedication, organization and communication skills to work for you.
Katie earned successive degrees in the communication field through Baylor and Texas A&M Universities. She values family and community. She has served in leadership positions in numerous civic and non profit organizations while raising her four daughters.
Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Katie is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Military Relocation Specialist. She coordinates a complimentary Military Home Buying Seminar to the community.
Katie looks forward to getting to know and serving her clients with the ultimate goal of guiding them home with exceptional service.

Katie did an excellent and professional job for the purchase and sale of our home. She found a great home within our budget and we only did a virtual showing. We remodeled the basement and she promptly answered questions about the design and provided recommendations for the resale of the home. During the sale of our home, she went above and beyond with all the details (marketing, open house, and providing expert opinions on the various offers we received). We would highly recommend Katie.
